Dr. Feldman relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1978. He practiced critical care and pulmonary medicine at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida where he served as the Director of the Respiratory ICU and Department of Respiratory Therapy. In 1985, Dr. Feldman founded and became the Director of the St. Petersburg Sleep Disorders Center at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. He became a Diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 1990 and the Sleep Center was fully accredited by the American Sleep
