Dizzy, headaches, depressed, jet lag, etc.?

I’ve been on Zoloft 100 mg for several months & have been okay, but for the past month or so I’ve been depressed & have been upping my dose to 150 & 200 mg. (My psychiatrist said I could if needed as long as I did it gradually.)

Recently I was on vacation out of the country for a week. My depression was worse, & I kept getting monster headaches & had even worse nightmares & insomnia than usual. The past few days dizziness has been really bad. I’ve been home for a few days, but I still feel terrible. I’m really emotional/upset (not PMS) & still getting horrible headaches.

Wondering how much could be jet lag & how much could be something else. I missed a day of Zoloft the other day, but I’ve never had bad effects from missing just one day. Should I cut back on Zoloft or chalk this up to jet lag? Not sure if I should call my doctor, psychiatrist, or counselor. I really feel terrible & don’t know what’s going on.
Also, allergies have been much worse lately (in case that’s related).

I stopped taking Remeron last Thursday (as directed by my psychiatrist), and have been experiencing moderate insomnia. Note that insomnia was never a problem before (on or off Remeron). I tried Valerian but it doesn’t seem to hit the target and I feel wired. Does anyone have experience/suggestions that helped?
