i have a problem thats been going on since january i wake up every 3 hrs after a dream i always remember atleast 2 to 4 dreams a night i usally sleep about 5-7 hours but with 2 awakenings at night is this insomnia?
i have been to my doctor and they did some lab everything came out ok. i dont want to take sleep pills because of all the horror storys .anyone else have this problem?
Please. I can’t sleep at night, and don’t wake up easily in the morning. The doctors have all diagnosed it as insomnia, and the pills and meds don’t work for me. anyone got anything? i need some advice, and herbs and stuff like that would probably work.

Okay well i have insomnia i can not absolutley not sleep let alone if i do stay a sleep for more that 3 hours . My upstairs where my bed is it is boiling hot and i share teh upstairs with my sisters so i have to keep it warm and cant turn it down . i have insomnia and some of my friends who do smoke it tell me that marijuana gets you sleepy i really feel like i need it i have never smoked it but i just think i need it i’ve taken pills..etcc… but they didn’t really help all they did was give me headaches.
