I fly cross Atlantic (7 time zones) once a month for a week and experiencing mental depression-like difficulties. I wonder if it could be a related to my jet-lag.
Well I’m going to Europe soon with my school and we leave in the morning, fly a lonnggg time, then it’s morning again when we get to Europe. How do I survive and also not get jet lag? Tips for sleeping on a plane?
On May 29, I am flying to Hong Kong. The traveling begins in Houston at 6 p.m. From there, we will fly to Canada, leave Canada around 1 a.m. and begin the 14-hour flight to Hong Kong.
I have never been on a plane for more than four hours. When we arrive in Hong Kong, it will be six in the morning.
Does anyone have some tips on how to avoid jet lag? Or how to survive a 14-hour flight in general? I don’t want to learn the hard way!
