Usually, I have difficulty getting to sleep at night. I would say this happens maybe 4 times a week. I will be in bed at 10:00, but not fall asleep until 2 or so in the morning. Then after that, I sort of fall asleep, but it is a half sleep.
More often, I fall asleep within a few hours, but I wake up 5 or more times during the night. So I’m basically skimming on the edge of sleep.
Could this be diagnosed as sleep insomnia? If so, what are some causes and treatments?
