Hey,

I returned to Canada from my month-long vacation from the Philippines just a couple of days ago, and the jet lag is KILLING me.

From where I stayed at in the Philippines, it’s about a +13 hour difference than where I am in Canada, so I’d be awake when it’s night time and I’ll be dead tired/asleep when it’s morning.

I want to adjust to this timezone, quick and easy no hassle because I’d like to focus on my original day-time activities that are coming up, so it’d be great if any of you all and suggest any tips on this?

Thanks,
Matt

I have mild narcolepsy with EDS and cataplexy. For a few years I managed it with day time naps. I’m not sleeping well in the last few hours of the night anymore, and the cataplexy and EDS has gotten worse. With two 16 month twins at home, I also find my nap opportunities are diminishing as my kids shun their naps! My doctor has suggested Xyrem. I’m aware of the potential side-effects and treatment methods. I would like to hear any positive or negative comments you may have about your personal experience with it.

Thanks for your time!

How do I cure my insomnia in 4 days?

asked:

So I’m in University and I have to go to class at 8:30 in the morning. My break is ending soon and I have not mastered the ability to get up that early. I stay up really really late, and that’s mostly because I don’t like dealing with my family during the day time.

Can you help me?

Anyone have restless leg syndrome?

Dorf asked:

Anyone have restless leg syndrome? I am taking half of an L-Dopa 30Mg pill every night before I go to bed. Anyone else doing this, or something like this? Have you noticed any effects from this medication if taken in the day time? How do you cope with Restless Leg Syndrome? I exercise and eat, and I do not sleep more than 5-7 hours a day.
