i was curious if you think they may be related, I have the SP probably once a month, but when I was a kid i would wake up in the night with really bad cramps in my hamstrings that made me wanna scream out and cry, and now have really restless legs, where I pop my ancles repeatedly, do you think the 2 could be related? thank you.
