Jet Lag Problem……..?

My dad just came back from China and he has a really bad jet lag problem. He slept at 1 am and woke up at 6 am! Is there any cure for this so he could get over this jet lag problem. Thanks!

A few days ago I got off a flight from China to New York after a vacation, which was a 12 hour time differnece. I was flying eastward back to New York and now back in America, I have jet lag.

I can’t sleep at night and always go on my iPhone at around 4 AM, and start my day at 6. Instead at around 11, I always feel sleepy and my eyes start to get very red. While watching TV, I fell asleep and woke up at 7. However I don’t remember falling asleep at all…

Is there anything I can do so I start to sleep at night rather than the day? Thanks!!

Does jet lag affect your metabolism?

I live in NY & have been dieting , but I flew to China [13 hours time difference] and I’m staying here for a week. My sleeping/eating pattern has been switched due to the time difference. I’m going back to NY next week, how does this affect my metabolism ? Is it bad?
