I am 13 years old this only seems to happen when I’m trying to fall asleep. I always feel the need to shake my right leg when I’m trying to sleep, but it’s always in my right leg, never my left leg. If I don’t shake it, it bothers me a little bit. It barely affects my sleep though.

Sarah M asked: Hi, I’m 13 years old.
turning 14 in a couple of months.
And I have RLS, I had RLS for basically all of my life, you don’t know what RLS is, it’s restless leg syndrome.
I always, kick when I sleep.
I take extra strength pills that my doctor subsribed, and it doesn’t work.
Sometimes I wake up with bruises.
And in the worst cases , *I can’t go to school, because of my sore legs. (* is that a bad thing? haha joking.)
But it’s really starting to bug me.
I **** it.
Anything that I should do?
Like to get more restfull sleep?
I do have cold hands, alot.
My hair lacks in shine, seriously.
And for the person who says they don’t think I have RLS, I do, My doctor told me so. Why else would I be taking medication?
I take centrum pills, are those good?
