Oh Mama!
So what was your aptnia number? 15? 35?
Good luck with all of that, I hope it works out for you!
Don’t forget to do all your kissing and “everything else” before putting on the mask because once the mask goes on, it’s for sleeping!
I will go into detail about my report in the next video, but in the diagnostic period (before the mask) I only slept 43 minutes, but had 88 obstructive apneas, which extrapolates to over 120 per hour, which is extreme. I am amazed I am still alive. They averaged over 16 seconds each, so I was breathing less than half the time I was asleep.
I didn’t know there’d be a part 2. Good on you for sharing. I don’t know how you do it. I made ONE Vlog and my mind was RACING afterward. Couldn’t sleep. I’m sure you’re used to it by now.
I wonder if Vlad watched this yet? He seems so natural but I’m sure he can’t resist going online and watching. Not everyday someone comes in for treatment/testing with a camera. U rock.
Wowo, I never knew.
So how well did you sleep?
That worries me, but I’m sure it isn’t anything compared to what you might be feeling. I hope that this all comes to some sort of a good conclusion; take care of yourself, Phil.
Really interesting…thanks for sharing *S*
On to Part 3.
I’m intrigued to see if you managed to get any sleep with that equipment all over you
It’s working out great.
I like the everything else part best =0
No, u rock!
Like a baby. A very large baby.
Thanks for watching. I am feeling so much better.
You get used to it. At least I did.
just discovered your channel. i hope this procedure’s helped. have u been able to enjoy some rest lately?
I am sleeping well and not falling asleep at all at unwanted times. The cpap machine is a life changer, and perhaps a life saver. Thanks for your interest.
How great was Vlad? he explained things so well. (loved the intro, btw)
Vlad was great. He made the whole process much more enjoyable. Maybe not enjoyable, but bearable.
