I had to go to a sleep lab overnight in the hospital and they wired me from head to almost toe.... they montioned me the whole time I slept.. In my case I stopped breathing 63 times in an hour every hour min. So if I were you..and I WAS.... Get your doctor to put you on the list for the test...where I live there was a 2 yr waiting period. Once I was diagnosed with sleep apnea I got a cpac machine and now sleep like a baby and am awake ALL day long..... and the maching was free...from my health provider....
