I think I have sleep apnea, I tought it was my heart but they’ve gave me a full work up and my heart is fine. I’m so sleepy during the day I can’t fuction, is there anything I can do to stay awake during the day, I sleep some through the night but not sure if its a deep sleep. I need help staying awake during the day on my job.

Ask your doctor for a referral to have sleep study done.
See your doctor right away. You will be sent for an overnight sleep study and they will determine if you do indeed have apnea. Apnea can cause very high blood pressure, and the sooner you are seen the better.

Well I do have sleep Apena….. I had to go to a sleep lab overnight in the hospital and they wired me from head to almost toe…. they montioned me the whole time I slept.. In my case I stopped breathing 63 times in an hour every hour min.
So if I were you..and I WAS…. Get your doctor to put you on the list for the test…where I live there was a 2 yr waiting period. Once I was diagnosed with sleep apnea I got a cpac machine and now sleep like a baby and am awake ALL day long….. and the maching was free…from my health provider….

i have the same thing , and unfortunately you have to do some “real” diet changes and excercise. eat a big bowl of oat meal in the morning and try jiu jitsu . i lost 20 lbs.
