probably not, ssi benefits are harder to get these days. Unless you have a bunch of notes from doctors and theyll tell you to go to counseling. Then you spend money on counseling and doctors visits then you might be able to.
Yes you are.
I not sure about the anxiety but since sleep apnea is easily treated with cpap or bipap, no. Once treatment with cpap is started, depression generally decreases because you are restedn and then the anxiety should also decrease. Depression and axiety can be treated with a combo of medication and talk therapy.
If by ssi you mean Social Security Insurance, then the answer is “YES”! One thing has absolutely nothing to do with the other. Sleep Apnea can be cured or remedied, with many different procedures. The Cpap machine for one, which is something that you can simply get by taking the sleep disorder study exam, which does require a sleep over at the hospital that your doctor uses for the study.
There are also many other things that can be done to remedy the disorder. Like losing some weight if you are obese, and some other forms of medication to assist in getting some decent sleep that your body can actually benefit from. Social Security benefits are something that you either qualify for or do not. But having a sleep disorder would not disqualify you your benefit and from a life time of contributing to the social security fund. What is yours is yours.
