What has helped you with restless leg syndrome?
What has helped you with restless leg syndrome?
I suffered a sleepless night last night, continually awoken by aching legs. Agonizing! The only thing that helps me is getting up and walking for a while, but that didn’t help last night. Every time I laid back down it immediately started back up. Sometimes I put on some soft long pants, such as jogging pants, to help keep my legs warm, and, occasionally that helps a bit, but that didn’t help either last night. I’m thinking about talking to the doctor and getting on some medication.
I notice that if often comes with a lower back ache. Does this happen to you too?
