omg i have this syndrome too! i can fall asleep at night, it feels like i have to walk around to get it t go away, its just horrible, and it feels like burning sometimes, and as i wrote this comment my legs are burning… i hope they find a cure
wanna know what i do? i feel an itching i then relise and then up and this hard crawling sentions crawls up from my ankle and my whole leg goes spasm. and when i put weight on it a odd pain starts to being. i force myself to walk though whilst grabbing thing, making sure i don’t fall flat on my face. After a coupleof seconds it gets better and goes. just force yourself to walk, it’ll soon go. trust me. i get this a lot!! too bloody much infact!

All medications have side effects, even aspirin. I, myself, cannot take it, but there are other meds for RLS. At some point you have to make a choic between the medication side effects, or having a life. RLS ia a VERY real thing. I run 3 support groups on line, and those combined, contain 1456 members with RLS . I assure all of you nay sayers that it does exist, it is a miserable condition, and I hope you never have to deal with it, or anyone you know.
