Do I have restless leg syndrome?
February 2nd, 2010 | by The Doc |Helen of Troy asked:
seriously i can’t sit still,i feel like i need to walk or go to the gym or something but i can’t because i’m stuck inside babysitting and it’s raining out and we don’t have a treadmill or any kind of work out machine and if i don’t do something, i’m going to go crazy.
Could I have restless leg syndrome or do I just need something to do?Am I the only one like this??
well, at night, i feel like i have ants crawling all over my legs but i’ll look and nothing’s there. and right now, i feel like i need to shake my legs or walk around just to stay calm cuz i’m going nuts here!!!
but this isn’t the only time this has happened.whenever i’m in a car, i have to rattle my leg or i’ll have someone pull over just so i can get out.

Maybe. You weren’t very descriptive. I think I have restless leg. It is like a panic attack in my leg and I have to keep it moving or I will have a panic attack. Try walking back and forth, stretching your leg, bending it, and moist heat.

your doctor will diagnose & treat you -if you do.

You do not have restless leg syndrome, you need something to do. Try jumping jacks, push ups, remember there was a time when people exercised without special equipment.
