this is funny, I have all the symptoms but dont have the RLS, neither Diabetes(just tested yesterday)
I have RLS. I also have low iron count.
I got this… NOT COOL.
I have knee problems, and my rls seems to appear more when my knee is sore.

i was a lorecett pill takin machine, takin four at once about twice a day. i am now jumpin ship on lorecett’s and im having a really strong sense of RLS, and RBS restless body syndrome if known. please i need a scheduled sleep and im soo tired
first inform yourself, before giving stupid advice. Exercise can make it worse.

Stephaine i know the feeling i usually get about 3-4 hrs or less sleep you can feel it affects you more and more as time goes the lack of sleep gets to me the leg burning and other weird feelings u can live with but lack of sleep hits me hardest. Twitching always get rid of it

@StephanieGravelx The only thing that helped me before I got a Tegretol was sleeping with an electric back messager on my legs. The vibration kept the leg muscles “moving” while I slept.
@sammie416 Yep. It sure is! Most people think we’re just nervous and can’t sit still. It’s the godawful sensation in the legs that’s only relieved for seconds that causes us to move about. The sleep deprivation makes it all the worse.
