any ladies suffer from restless leg syndrome?

what is panadol??? and where do i get it or do i ask my docter for it??

Yes, infact thats why Im awake her at 4 AM. I was diagnosed with this about 3 years ago and take Requip for it, but I have not taken it since I got pregnant. It hasnt been bothersome enough to ask my Dr. if I can take it but I am starting to reconsider! Seems like the bigger I get the more its driving me crazy! I do find some relief though by proping my feet up high with couch cushions or a lot of pillows and sometimes I massage them with peppermint lotion…that is when I can reach down to my ankles lol. Good luck, hope it helps a lil bit, I know Im callin my Dr. Monday morning cause I cant stand this everynight!
i had that in the last weeks of my pregnancy, it was horrible, try going for a walk up the hallway and take some panadol, but other than that its just another joy of pregnancy!!
lol panadol is australian.
it is the same thing as Tylenol!
and im 19wks with baby number 2 and i have restless legs so bad my hubby sleeps on the couch some nights there is nothing really u can do for it!!
I had RLS soooo bad. It drove me crazy, I couldn`t sleep at night. And it would make me so mad, that I wanted to cry. Than one night, before bed my boyfriend rubbed my legs, ankles and feet. Than he like karate chopped [[thats the only way I could explain it]] up and down my legs. He didn`t massage me for that long, about minutes. But the whole massaging first, loosened up my muscles, than by doing the karate chopping thing on my legs, it got the blood flowing threw them alot better. Which helped BIG time. I talked to my doctor about this too, and she told me to do exactly what I described! Hope this helped.
