Good question! I would call your pharmacy or go to
good luck!
Your condition, “Narcolepsy”, can many times be associated and treated successfully with a device that called a “c pap” machine. This device forces air into your lungs, preventing snoring and or the colapse of your tissue while sleeping. It does require a over night stay at a medical facility where your sleep patterns are observed and recorded. It required “no medication” and you will wake up fresh and energized. Another thing that will help is regular exercise, say after work, (walking briskly is probably the best”. I suggest that you do this walking with a friend or group of women so you develop a support group. Again this had benefits of accountability to the group, and they will want to know where you are if you do not show up for your “walking time” Good luck and God bless you.

Back pain did you see a Doc about this is are you holding off hoping it will get better? They started me on Valium as a muscle relaxant for my back pain and the relief, slept for days. Sometimes one problem leads to another and the correct medication sorts out several problems, so see a Doc and get the LOT sorted. Good Luck
