It should not be lasting that long..Normal is about two-three days tops. You might want to make an appt with your MD and let him know where you have been.
For me it last about a day at most. Next time you should plan you sleep patters a day or two before you leave to make sure you dont get jet lag. All i can suggest is just go to sleep at a normal time and than wake up at a normal time. Just get used to the time zone you are in. When Traveling east to west it takes a day or two for me. But west to east I dont really get much jet lag.
Just try to have a normal sleeping and eating schedule and it should go away. It should not last 5 days.

Most experts say that jet lag can last about one day per time zone difference traveled, or in your case around 12 or so time zones. Most people will recover more quickly than that and there are things you can do to speed the recovery. I travel between the US and Asia about 6-7 times a year and I usually take about a week to get back to normal sleep patterns.
