My plane lands at noon Arizona time.
I know it’s not bad jet lag, so you guys don’t have to give me attitude or make me feel stupid. It’s my first time flying to the other side of the country, so I just want to be refreshed when I get there.

Uhhh……there is only a 2 hour time difference and you should experience minimal jet lag if any. Take a nap if you are worried.
it is not too long a flight for too much jet lag.. but get some sleep in flight will help
You won’t get jet lagged on two hours difference..
However, when I was a flight attendant, I used to keep my watch only on ZULU time since that is what all airlines base their times off of. I had a rhythm set for when I was flying. I’d go to bed at 2100 zulu, no matter what time zone I was in on my days off and wake up at 0500 zulu.
So when it came time to fly, I was quite used to living my life on zulu time, that whatever time it was outside in my location didn’t really matter to me as my body was saying “let’s go to sleep.”
It really helped me out, and i rarely got jet lagged. It did take a good amount of time to get disciplined enough not to be fooled by the sunlight outside.
I used to fly to germany quite often,it helps to get a little exercise before and after a trip,a nap during the trip, those noise canceling headphones,a lot of water, and to get up during the trip to stretch your legs. This is for a major time difference
thats not jet lag, a fricken flight from heathrow to tokyo is jetlag
