I encountered this when I went to London and back from London.
I travel a lot between time zones, so I keep my watch set to Zulu time. Whenever I get to my destination, if it’s time for me to sleep according to my watch, I’ll try to take a nap or something like that if it’s early morning in my destination.
It helps me out a lot, and when I get home, I don’t have to do a lot of adjusting to get back to my normal routine
Stay up for 30 hours, then you go to sleep at the time you would normally go to sleep in that time zone.
After 1 day of exhaustion you are on the new time zone.
when you get to your destination its best to stay awake as long as possible otherwise you will wake up at stupid 0 clock their time
I find the best way to counteract possible jet lag is to set my watch to the time zone of my destination as soon as I board the plane. Additionally, I find that while flying avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages. However, do drink lots of water while in the air. Lastly, take advantage of opportunities to sleep while on the plane.
