I dont know but I had the same problem when I went to Israel. I didnt really have too much of a problem going there. but when I got back home to New York thats when I had the problem. To tell the truth I still have the jet lag a little and the trip was a month ago. But I can assure you yours should go away faster, its taking so long with me because I already had a messed up body clock to begin with.
I took a 15 hour flight to Australia on the red eye, couldn’t sleep (even forced to watch Cross Roads with Britney Spears), took a walk, then crashed and burned.
Drink lots of water before and during flight as flying dehydrates you. Do not drink alcohol, it will dehydrate you. Exercise it will help make you tired and able to sleep. Read something really boring. Don’t eat it will keep you up. Watch something on TV for 15 min. then try to sleep again. Good Luck.
take a sleeping pill, or do something strenuous until u feel like going to sleep, or do something until you feel drowsy and go to bed. or be very active in the daytime.
Try some stretching exercises, go for a 15 minute walk, then try to sleep.
Try staying up in Arabian daytime then sleep on their nightime. Repeat and repeat.
