pull an all nighter, then only allow yourself to go to sleep at the time you want. (so like 10pm?) then set an alarm of 6am. do again the next night! this should get you back on schedule
This is a trick I use (i used to travel a lot). Since you want to wake up around 6 am, you should stop eating around 2-4pm the day before. Struggle through it and try to head to bed when you feel tired. Set your alarm at 6am, and get up immediately and eat something! (no shower buddy) That should make everything ok. I was told that your circadian rhythm is somehow connected with your eating patterns.

If your body clock is set for sleep at 3 am, then go to bed at 2am and force yourself to get up at 9am. Slide this back in 15-30 minute increments every day or every few days.
This helps to reset your circadian rhythm, your natural internal body clock that regulates sleeping and waking hours.
If you just stay up all night anf force yourself up when you want to rise, you won’t fix this clock. You’ll exhaust yourself.
Try purchasing Melatonin – the natural chemical that regulates your sleep/wake cycle. It is available over the counter and easily. Taking it at night before bed will help to reset your circadian rhythm (or sleep/wake cycle).
Taking this supplement should only be necessary for about a week until your bio-clock resets itself.
