How do I get over my jet lag quickly?

Yesterday I came back from New York, where it’s 6 hours earlier than here in europe.
I went to sleep at midnight, european time, and just woke up at 3:30 pm!
How do I get to sleep at a normal hour tonight, if I just woke up?
Any tips appreciated!
P.s. I won’t take any sleeping pills!

Nothing you can do really, just try and go to bed at your normal hour, read a boring book and have a drink of Horlicks. After a few day back home you should feel normal again.
