I traveled from Chicago- Tokyo over the North pole and crossed the international date line. From Tokyo, I took a flight to Singapore. From Singapore, I arrived in India, all in the span of 30 hours. I have been sleeping at odd times ever since, feeling woozy, and my entire schedule has been thrown out of gear. How do I get over this horrible jet lag, and how long do you think I need to adjust?

my flight was for about 24 hrs and it took about a week to get over the jet lag. you just have to try to fight the feeling. try to drink alot of fluids and try to eat mini meals.
Be active. If you have things to do, it is a lot easier to stay awake than when you’re bored or just resting. Run errands that make you go outside. Being in the sunlight helps your body to acclimatise faster, and it also helps when you feel productive, rather than just lazing around. Set yourself reasonable goals as to what time to sleep/wake up, and increase them daily. I fly from Canada to Singapore and back, and it usually takes me about a week to get over, sometimes less.
