Anybody use the homeopathic No Jet Lag pills? Do they work? I haven't had much luck w/ homeopathy, but may try?

Or do you all have any other good jet lag help? How do you do with melatonin?

I’d skip the melatonin or only use it once. Synthetic melatonin is all you find and frankly, it messes people up with prolonged usage.
YOu have nothing to loose but cash by trying the homeopathic remedy. I have never tried it though.
Staying hydrated is the best way I have found to curb jet lag.
Melatonin is pretty useful, it sets your circadian rhythm back on track and is what I use to fall asleep at night when I have problems.
Homeopathy, for the most part, is bull. It is based on the concept of giving you tiny portions of what afflicts your illness and sounds absolutely ridiculous to me except in the case of vaccines where there are proven cell immune responses.
I’d say fix yourself a nice highball or glass of gin & tonic. haha
You’ve had no luck with homeopathy because it does not work and it can not work. You are spending money on sugar pills.

All homeopathic "cures" for anything are a scam, save your money.
Yes it’s true that habitual use of melatonin can be dangerous, but unless you are flying a long enough distance to cause jet lag four or more times a week for several months, you can go ahead and use melatonin. Half the recommended dose is enough for most people I know who use it.
Staying well hydrated is also a great idea. Not only does it help with jet lag, but it also will help prevent those annoying "plane colds." We get sick on planes not because of the recycled air, which is actually cleaner than most air we breathe, but because we get dehydrated and our bodies can’t keep out germs as well. Our first line of defense against germs are our mucus membranes, but they get dry soon after we are dehydrated and this lets germs get into our bodies too easily.
