Practice this every night for a month, and if you can&#039;t go to sleep, do it again. breathe evenly through your nose, and pay attention to your breath, count it if you have to. Commit to a real practice of getting into a sleepy state and staying there, and after a bit, you&#039;ll create new habits. But, you have to stick with it for a period of time to make it work. Also, of course, no caffeine, sugar or alcohol before bed. xoSadie</description>

My question is: Is this something that will go away with time, or should I stop doing this set altogether, for fear that my head might explode?
