		<description>actually u know wat  cause you to have insomnia. from my point of view.. it maybe because by too much free radical in your body.
there are many sources where the free radical come from. but for this era, the most people expose to free radical when they using pc. the monitor screen is not good to watch all the time. same to tv screen. when u watch too much, u might feel headache. this is because there are a lot free radical created in your body. if u like to screen the free radical. u can perform blood cell monitoring test. my company got provide such equipment. others too. check out if you hav opportunity. actually there are many kind of product that can clean away free radical from your body. SOD tea, kinotakara, chlorophyill and ayurveda might good for you.  they are good recommendation from me. im not sure how long u have to use them as its depend on how serious you are. but if within 3 week u cant feel any improvement i rather stop selling this product. u can take a look at my website at or email to me at. we have branches all around the world. i believe if we can help u, u can help others too by sharing knowledge on this product to others facing the same problem. hope can help you then. take care</description>

		<description>saying you cant sleep ever is likely false.. are you getting any? 2 or 3 hours a night? 

this is what works for me. whenever im feeling a little insomniatic i skip a nights sleep.. then the next night i go to bed an hour earlier than normal. im sleeping good then for at least a week. 

Do not take medication even over the counter stuff.. even though they may be non addictive they can still be habit forming. and then you really ***** up your bodies chemistry</description>
