Besides pills that are so strong that you keep on having to take them. I need something to relax me. I’ve had alot on my mind. So I was wondering if there is anything out there that can put me to sleep safely and relax me.

You see i am up at 3:42 a.m. I have a terrible time with insomnia. There are many safe sleep aids, i for one tho, cannot take the over the counter stuff, it does not work for me.I have a friend tho that takes them every night and sleeps just fine, go figure. I usually take restoril, but my Dr doesn’t give me enough to last the whole month, i get 30, but it usually takes more than one to work on me, so i have none for 2 weeks until it’s time for refill. Ambien is good, and you can get the 7 free ones at their site to try them out. You just need a Dr to write a script for you. Sometimes if i focus on my breathing i can get to sleep. I know how it is, so i hope you can get some help. I know tomorrow i am going to feel like crap. It really effects you when you get no sleep.
Good luck.
Sex, sex and more sex………..seriously.
insomnia is something that may be controlled by diet. Caffeine and smoking may also add to the negative. Try not to go to bed angry. It is best to consume your last snack before eight. Test the firmness of your mattress. Try some warm milk or hot tea. These are of course simple home remedies. If your insomnia persists or worsens,or is perhaps coupled with nightmares, you may want to seek professional help as these may be signs of a more severe problem. There are also natural sleep aids, like triptepham, that you may purchase at your local health food store. Good luck and sleep tight!
