My Mom have Insomnia and she is having a hard time trying to get some sleep at night. She is taking her medicine, drinking warm milk,and hot chocalete. What kind of treatment do my mom need to help her sleep at night?

More exercise. Take a 60 minute walk with your mom in the evening, she will sleep a lot better. Exercise really helps.

Punch her in the head with a brick and if that is cruel give her a fifth of Grey goose.

take an antihistimine, if she can with her other meds….try chamomile tea….

She needs more exercise. Without exercise those meds are doing nothing, but helping her with that problem. You need to tire her out and then get her to bed. There also might be something on thing on her mind. Try talking to her and figure out the problem, if there is non, then tire her out.

Give her no other medicines again, just give her 2 glasses of bitter leaf extract before going to bed or she should chew a bulb of onion . relax your mind & sleep.
