Agitation, irritability
stessed out… frustrated
Feeling sluggish and irritable during the day after a night of tossing and turning or just plain staying up. I would say that the inability to sleep would have to last at least a week before you should worry about insomnia.
‘Alive Leg’ Which is where once you fall asleep your leg shakes and awakes you.
Only be able to sleep for short amounts of time.
and just not sleeping.. that is pretty much it that I can think.

Insomnia can be caused by ordinary stress and anxiety or secondary by depression. 50% of the population experiences it a one time or another. 10% have chronic insomnia.
