So I’m in University and I have to go to class at 8:30 in the morning. My break is ending soon and I have not mastered the ability to get up that early. I stay up really really late, and that’s mostly because I don’t like dealing with my family during the day time.

Can you help me?

continue to go to sleep late, but wake up early with an alarm or something
the later you go to sleep, the earlier you wake urself up
that way you can fall asleep earlier by waking up earlier
i too have to go back to hs and i stay up to like 4, 5 ,6,7 am and my classes are at 8 30 too. i cant sleep so can someone cure me too?
Um ,I seldom met the situation you said.So I give you some insomnia suggestion.
If you have some activities before you sleep, like watching TV,playing video games, you must stop it!Because it will make your brain excited and make you fall asleep harder. Before you sleep,do some exercise is good ,but not too much, and try to take a bath before you sleep. When you lay on the bed, listen to some slow and comfortable music,it do good.
These are my experience, hope it helped~!
Depending on how many days of break you have left, start going to bed an hour earlier. You can also try Unisom or Tylenol sleeping pills. Check the links out in source, there are a list of 20 foods that help you fall asleep..if you eat them an hour prior to sleeping. & There’s also a link to some tips. I also start back into school soon & I have the same problem. It’s helped me. Lavender scent also helps promote sleeping. So try some lotion or perfumes.
Hi, There are different treatment options for insomnia that are out there. Insomnia cure involves a couple different anything like herbs for insomnia cure, audio etc. More than anything you want to make sure that you are creating a routine for yourself. By doing the same things around the same time each night, your body will start to get accustomed to these patterns and expect to go to sleep at that time.
