try drinking warm milk every night before you go to sleep

i would say, try some of the herbal teas that are avaliable at oraganic stores. There are many different teas that you could try to help you fall asleep. Also, insomnia is sometimes something that needs additional aid because it’s an imbalancment in the brain. Talk to your doctor for sure if the teas dont help.
here is a real organic way to deal with it….first of all pray about it to GOD…He knows you inside and out and can help you indefinately….trust me…hes listening just think of Him and talk either aloud or in your head…He can hear….
if you wont try God…then do this:
wake up as long as possible…24 hrs or 48 hrs or what ever…dont sleep when you are tired during the day….but wait till its night time to go to sleep…your sleeping patterns may be off..
also the times you want to sleep turn everything off…like if you want to hit the sheets around 11pm…turn everything off like radio lights and tv…just ly in the dark….this happend to me
you may be lying there for hours…but you body needs to adjust to the fact that that is the time it needs to sleep…it maybe a week or a little more b4 you see results but hang in there and you will start sleeping at night like a baby…
