Dude, this is AWESOME!! I did it at first and I started to fall asleep, instantly! Not even with thinking of what was keeping me awake. Just doing the motions. Then I showed it to my friend who couldn’t go to sleep because there were bright lights, and he started falling asleep, and he wasn’t disturbed by the lights anymore: his eyes were just black. Dude, this is awesome! Thank you so much for making this! (It also helps me be even MORE tranquil than I am, which is pretty nuts)
