Can constant boredom and no socializing create insomnia?

everyone, I don’t think I’m depressed, or if I am, I’m handling it quite well.
And I am a Christian and read my bible daily.

I don’t think its the socializing, i think its more the fact that you are on the web a lot and not really exercising.

Yes, it is a factor. Get outside, exercise, swim. Biggest thing is to leave the house.

try a church and meet God and new friends to hang with there.churches usally know everyone in town
Yes. You are slipping into depression. I would start to volunteer at the local hospital in your are. Get out and start moving, before your spirit dies.

Sounds like depression. All of your symptoms can be caused by depression, even the boredom.

these are the symptoms of mild depression which everyone goes thru more than once in their lives.
boredom is just a state of mind, dont fret on it, if u dunno ppl goto a place where u can meet them.
join a class of something u like, like a dance class a music class or a painting class its a good way to meet new ppl of similar interests,find u passion in life if u dont have 1 make one. follow ur heart n feed ur soul. u soul seems in particular hunger for some food of thought.

I think a lot of that has to do with a lack of exercise. Get out and explore your new area. Go to the community center and see if there are any activities that interest you. Try something new. You’ll make friends in the process. If you keep both your brain and your muscles active you’ll notice a boost in your metabolism and reach good, REM, sleep.
