Go to the following website:
‘What is insomnia?
Insomnia is too little or poor-quality sleep caused by one or more of the following:
Trouble falling asleep
Waking up a lot during the night with trouble returning to sleep
Waking up too early in the morning
Having un-refreshing sleep (not feeling well rested), even after sleeping 7 to 8 hours at night’

I do! It’s 1:36am and I have to be up at 6am for work. Sleeping pills work but I prefer not to take them more than 2 times a week, leaning on the herbal side.

I love to sleep. my family makes fun of me because I would sleep for 10-12 hrs a day sometimes. I was getting to where I couldnt go to sleep at night and so I went on to sleeping pills (just over the counter ones) for about 8 months and they just made it worse. I really couldnt get up then!
So what I did was, made myself start getting up early and staying up all day( even though I hate it) and it works. by the time night time comes I am ready for bed.
my point being that I had insomnia from sleeping too much. Even though I didnt want to admit it cause I loved to sleep.
