		<description>You could try to get him to lighten up.  I had horrible insomnia for five years and none of the treatments helped much, drugs, etc.  So I did some studying and learned that Bill Gates was an incredible sleeper and often regarded as childlike--he liked to joke around, drive cars way too fast and tell funny stories, etc.  Also learned Jesus was an amazing sleeper and taught adults to be childlike--I think he was childlike by doing things like magically making a ton of wine at a wedding party, etc.  So i learned to start paying attention to kids, loving jokes, watching funny movies like Shrek II, etc.  Enjoying dogs, etc.  Pretty much whatever kids like.  And lo and behold my insomnia got way better.  I now fall asleep in 5-10 minutes, when it used to take me 2-3 hours.  Great that your husband has kids to play with.  He needs to pay attention to the happy way kids joke around and do the same.  I also did pranks on my wife and we all laughed.   If he has mild insomnia exercise or getting off caffeine works or talking herbs like Melatonin but does not sound like his mild.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s because of the working world.  There is so much stress from everybody trying to make the almighty dollar.  Unfortunately, it sounds like this stress is getting to your husband?  I think that&#039;s why there are so many prescriptions filled for sleeping aids across North America.  It&#039;s hurting your children and having an impact on the entire family it sounds like.  Have you considered asking your husband to switch careers?  Will this allow you to keep the same luxuries if he takes a less paying job?  You&#039;re right your sons need someone to teach them to play baseball and take them to ballgames and stuff and this might be bothering them.  Have you ever tried warm milk?  I heard this works.  However it won&#039;t help with nerves and stresses throughout the day.  Also, a new mattress might help too.  

I don&#039;t have any children because I worry for their future.  I know that in order to even own a home, I would have to work very long hours - and probably have to commute for an hour.
