It is a rather unusual syndrome characterized by a multitude of very peculiar sensations, including paresthesias, pain, aching, and weakness of the lower extremities. The tingling and numbness is frequently associated with involuntary movements and restlessness of the legs, especially at night, from which the name of the syndrome arises. There are an estimated 5 to 10 million people who suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).

It is causing my wife to wake up. I sleep through it. What can I do or take to relieve the leg cramps and/or the RLS?

I never had a seizure once, and if i don’t really feel like i have the syndrome because my spasms are bad the whole day, it just seems a little worse at night, most nights are fine…….somebody help please, i’m 16 years old if that helps you
