A good way to beat insomnia in the summer?
Yeah I have insomnia every summer for some reason. I’ve talked to my doctor about it but he has been no help at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My mum has been diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome and has been put on the same medication as for Parkinsons. This has made her worry that she may get Parkinsons in the future, as they are obviously connected somehow. Is this true? If you get RLS are you more likely to get Parkinsons?
Thanks.

I have mild narcolepsy with EDS and cataplexy. For a few years I managed it with day time naps. I’m not sleeping well in the last few hours of the night anymore, and the cataplexy and EDS has gotten worse. With two 16 month twins at home, I also find my nap opportunities are diminishing as my kids shun their naps! My doctor has suggested Xyrem. I’m aware of the potential side-effects and treatment methods. I would like to hear any positive or negative comments you may have about your personal experience with it.
Thanks for your time!
In February I am going to New Zealand for 10 days. I am flying out of Cleveland to LA and then to Auckland, New Zealand. The total flight is about 26 hours and I was wondering there is something I can take that will help me with jet lag. Also does anybody know of a sleeping pill I could take on the planes to help put me to sleep? Any help is greatly appreciated!

This video is to make familiar to you, sleep apnea oral devices so you the public can decide what might be available for you as an alternative to the CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure). I have put 32 years of knowledge, 9 years of chair side time and around 4000 happy people with the movement in the mouth piece. The new way has an adjustment screw and bite technique. Always the complaint is; the patient is so quiet when they sleep you wonder if their still breathing. You will agree when you try this device that it is the most comfortable oral device on the market. This the only device that moves back but pulls you forward when you reach REM sleep. Also this device has a polished surface to bite & slide on to comfort your TMJ.
