I was recently diagnosed with narcolepsy, It seems to be pretty mild but i’m just tired all day and sometimes just really want to sleep. Will this be a problem when I try to find a permanent occupation? Would I be less likely to be hired at a place because of narcolepsy? Do I have to tell a potential employer i have it?

What is a good naturopathic remedy for insomnia?

I’ve tried exercise, melatonin tea, hot baths, warm milk, hot shower. Relaxation techniques. It’s getting really bad and I’m even starting to hallucinate from sleep deprivation some days. Ambien is completely out as an alternative.I’d like to avoid prescriptions if at all possible. Serious answers only, please, as I’m not finding the challenge humerous at all. It’s impacting my health in other areas. Thank you.
