Where can i find sleep apnea products?
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 12 years ago. I had the uvulaplasty surgery twice and have recently noticed that it’s still getting worse. I don’t have health insurance now and I was wondering if there was anywhere out there to get a C-PAP machine at a discounted rate. Does anyone know of anything?
Can someone please list the symptoms of RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME?
My Husband insists he does not have it but if we are at the movies or driving long distances, I notice (or rather feel) him shaking his legs like crazy.
I am sure his does, but I haven’t researched it at all yet.
I had never heard of this until rather recently.
Thanks for any responses.
I am not asking for anyone to do my research.
I am asking for KNOWLEDGABLE People who may have this problem for Personal information on the symptoms and the cause.
How to avoid Jet Lag?
I’m flying from Georgia to Arizona next month and I want to know two things:
-What to do on a the 4 hour flight
-and how to avoid Jet Lag!
My plane lands at noon Arizona time.
I know it’s not bad jet lag, so you guys don’t have to give me attitude or make me feel stupid. It’s my first time flying to the other side of the country, so I just want to be refreshed when I get there.

If you are diagnosed with narcolepsy, do they take your driver’s license away from you?
I have a sleep study coming up next Sunday and Monday. The doctor thinks I have narcolepsy. I have been having trouble driving and had to take a leave of absence from work, because I was falling asleep while driving. Right now, I just drive for small trips to the local grocery store. My husband does all the other driving. I am just wondering if they are going to take away my driver’s license, or will the medicine make it possible for me to drive long distances (20 minutes to 1 hour), so I can go back to work.
how do i avoid jet lag to europe?

Has anyone heard of a different treatment for people who suffer with sleep apnea?
Someone I work with heard about this new type of treatment that treats sleep apnea besides the CPAP that is a machine that continually keeps air flowing tthrough a mask that is worn. This new treatment, if there is such a thing is something else. This was second hand info so I’m not sure if this is right.
