Now I know that Elvis started abusing many drugs towards the end of his life, but I am wondering why he had really bad insomnia. Was it gradual, or did it just come on suddenly? And when did he start taking drugs to help himself sleep? Or was he just paranoid?

My wife suffers from the full tetrad of the sleeping disorder Narcolepsy and also suffers with Fibromyalgia. My wife is pregnant and the baby goes from moving like crazy to suddenly still. Right as the anxiety is peaking the little monkey jumps up for another round. I am pretty sure babies do not sleep and wake up so suddenly and without a reason. How do I get my baby checked for narcolepsy? I cant think of a better reason to pray aside from some meditative benefits.

I just got back from Hawaii, which is 6 hours behind, and I can’t get back on my normal sleeping schedual. Has this happened to you before? If not, do you at least have some tips for getting to sleep when you’re not tired?

my mom has been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and her doctor has recommended that she buy a cpap machine to aid her in her sleep. we have been hearing conflicting opinions on whether she should get one or not.
