MARK asked:

I was curious to know if there have been studies done tying Parkinsons Disease and RLS together? Is it possible for a person who has RLS to get Parkinson’s later on in life? Thank you for whatever information you can give me. I don’t have Parkinson’s but I do have RLS, especially at night when I am trying to sleep. I also have sleep apnea and rapid eye movements. This was all diagnosed at the Sleep Lab years ago. Please, God, help people who have Parkinson’s Disease.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia ten years ago but now I am questioning the diagnosis. Two months ago after two sleep studies, the doctor told me I had RLS and put me on requip. The medication is helping with the restless leg syndrome and the FMS is also much better. Could the two be related or was I misdiagnosed?

What is the best jet lag sleeping aid?

Natasha asked:

I am taking a long trip in October (Atlanta-Paris-Kiev), and I was just wondering if there are any effective jet lag aids out there. I can’t sleep on the plane on my own, and I want to sleep through most of my flight.

He did not like the idea about using a CPAP mask. Is this the ONLY treatment for sleep apnea? If it is, will he have to use it for the rest of his life?

Any body that uses something different? Thank you
