Im leaving for London in 2 days, i **** jet lag and was reading up on melatonin and how it helps with jet lag. But i know there is a certain way to take it, because if you take it wrong it makes the jet lag 10X worse. I live in Texas and I will be traveling to england on one 12 hour flight,. If any one knows the correct way to take melatonin for jet lag, your help would be very appreciated.

Whenever I’m sitting still, my right leg gets really uncomfortable and I have to move it/switch sitting positions constantly. It’s not painful, but it’s really frustrating. I just HAVE to move it. It gets so bad most nights that I can’t sleep at all and get so upset that I feel like screaming and/or crying. But it’s only in my right leg. Is this Restless Leg (singular) Syndrome, or am I just going insane??

i understand that it can be made up to sell more meds but why is it in my psy 101 book?? is this a condition that is now serious enough that it will be forever taught to the future generation of people?

I now live near the coast in California and use a CPAP machine nightly. I am planning to move to a higher altitude in Colorado (7,000 to 8,000 ft). What effect will this have on my sleep apnea?

I have heard that a bar of soap under your sheet will stop your legs from being restless. Also read it in a doctor’s column but no explanation of WHY? Can it also work on leg cramps?
I checked out some sites including http://www.peoplespharmacy.org/archives/home_remedies/soap_under_the_sheets_for_rls_leg_cramps.asp and it seems to be true but still no reason WHY?
